Scripps has hired McNeely as GM and was recebtly at KABC-TV Los Angeles as vice president of brand strategy, audience development and programming prior to the move coming in March,

The E.W. Scripps Co. has hired Kara McNeely as vice president and general manager of KGUN and KWBA, Scripps’ ABC and CW affiliates in Tucson, Ariz. (DMA 73), effective March 4.

She succeeds Leon Clark, who became VP-GM of KGTV San Diego in November 2018.
