KDAY Trending Worldwide on Twitter after death of Nate Dogg

Got to give KDAY credit. Power dropped the ball on this one. I just tweeted Don Barrett I don't think this has ever happened before where an L.A. radio station is trending worldwide on twitter.

I'm surprised that Power 106 was playing his records at all. It's since I've heard I Got Love By Nate Dogg on Power 106. That was in December 2001 when it first came out. RIP Nate Dogg 1969-2011. You're presence in LA will be missed.

Big Boy did a tribute this morning on Power during the 8:00 hour when I was leaving work lots of traffic going North on the 710 this morning. When I heard his hits it felt good. He will be truley miss. I was hoping to hear Chico and Cool Water High Come Down. Nate Dogg did the vocals on the track in 2001 great song.

Yeah 2001-02 whenever you turned to 100.3 The Beat & Power 106 in 2001 you would hear Nate Dogg. Good Times

unfortunetly...it wont boost the ratings for KDAY, it wont make Power 106 play more of Nate, and all goes back to the way it was...STALE.

Its just to pay respect to the artist same thing when Micheal Jackson died KJLH played his music all weekend long. It's not a ratings war either. Just to honor the artist thats all.
