Keith Todd Back on the Air in Newton/Hickory NC Talked to him Today

Hello every one just letting you know that Keith Todd is now on the air in Newton/Hickory NC on 1230am WNNC in Newton NC and 630am WAIZ in Hickory NC both have the same show on it comes on at 5 to 8:30 If you live outside of Newton you might get 630am the 2 are not powerful station. I talked to Keith today and he said he took some time off after WFMX and to tell all that he is on here now. he is not the Host he Is the CO host the owner of the radios stations is the Host Dave Lingafelt he also owns 95.7 The Ride and he is not with CC he is Independent Radio and will not sale to CC that is what he told my dad. My Dad knows Dave and said that CC have tried to buy him out but he will not Sale

Cool so that was him I thought it was but they did not say his name when I had it on today so he is not In FL like I said Thanks Speedyford19 I will start listing to WNNC And no they are not powerful you can get 630am better then WNNC

630 WIRC's 1kw signal carries it very far by day, and the night signal(not sure of it, right off)
makes it several miles out of Catawba County, too. The audio quality is also pretty good.
(Yes, I know the signal's efficiency is attributed its dial position.)

Glad to know that at least one WFMX alumni has landed somewhere...I wish the others the best, as well.

Hey badnews530 i just looked at the link that you had for Thunder country you know I don't know what is going on I just had the live stream on thunder country and he is on there to so can anyone tell me how is that possible for him to be In Newton NC and in FL at the same time and I talked to him yesterday so I know he is in Newton NC dose he have a brother That goes By Keith Todd or what and talks like Keith now it dose say that he has been there over a year Aug 2, 2005 and he was On WFMX AT THAT TIME. Like to know unless Thunder Country is recorded. But I know that he is on WNNC 1230am and 630am I just talked to him I will just have to call him and ask him about it

And I just realized I was referencing AM 630 as WIRC...it's been WAIZ for about 2 years now, I guess. Old habits are hard to break ;D
 
He porably did what he did for a station in Billings. MT at one time...VT'ed everything after this live part of the morning show was over and then emailed it off...Billy Buck does the same thing for a station out on the NC coast called "The Bear"

Thanks Wayne I talked to Keith today and I asked him and that is what is said to me that is what he dose and that he is on more then just the one in FL. BUT he said that I am live on WNNC AND WAIZ in Newton/Hickory and that he was live on WFMX to. I did not know what was going on listening to him on the live stream on Thunder country and on WNNC at the same time LOL. just nice to have him back on the air be even nice to get him and OJ back on the air in the mornings That was the Best morning show on the air :)

Keith and OJ did sound great together. Miss hearing them when I'm home. OJ sounds good on WYYD.
 
Yeah,

I know he was live from like 530 to about 915m then VT'ed the rest of it with Opie...and I do talk with him from time to time....and I wonder if OJ knows of KT's entry point at WNNC and such....but yeha...if those two were ever on the air together again....it would be great...I remember coming in for a job shadowing opp one day for my Strategies For Success class and I got to meet them personally...they are very nice people to work with...considering i worked with OJ on the weekends a few times....
