KFOG a former San Francisco radio station call letters now used in Arkansas

The station is owned by Last Bastion Trust LLC, the holding tank for unwanted ex-Citadel stations. Why would a trust be fiddling around with call letters?

AS stated, they shuffled them off there so they can keep them tied up so no one else can take them

Cumulus took that station out of the trust a long time ago. Citadel might even be the one who took it out. That’s why it’s simulcasting KIPR now when it had been simulcasting Praise 102.5.

KOKY 102.1 and Praise 102.5 are still in the Last Bastion Trust. At some point, I tend to think the KOKY programming will find its way to Cumulus. Only question is where it will end up.
