Yes, it is.

In the parlance of early-day inertial-guidance system missles, the missile knew where it wasn't and quickly computed where it wanted to be. It didn't care where it was at any particular moment in time, it just knew where it wanted to be, i.e., the target. So, nowhere is somewhere, although we don't really care where that somewhere might be.
