Kids these days... (using Audacity to generate AM, FM, FM stereo, and C-QUAM AM stereo radio signals)


Back in the day, I figured out a way of coaxing lowly CoolEdit Pro into modulating audio with Hilbert transforms at massive oversampling rates (~5 MHz) so I could emulate Optimod-HF style analog RF clipping and bring the clipped audio back to baseband phase-accurate versus the original WAV for various effects reasons, some requiring perfect cancelability. But this guy's DAW radio hacking kung fu takes the cake. :love:
