Kidvid question: Why wait til the end of the beginning to show the show's name?

I put this on Classic TV because this is a trend that I detected when I was growing up in the 70's...

On children's series in syndication (weekdays) or on the networks (Sat. mornings), I notice that they wait until the very end of the show's opening to show the program's name. Sometimes at the beginning too, but always at the end.

This is a trend that's been rarely done on primetime shows (Charlie's Angels being an exception).

Did Peggy Charren and the ACT crowd bring this trend about in kidvid?

Quite a few Filmation series from the 70's and 80's had their titles at the very end of the show's opening. Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids,The New Adventures Of Gilligan and Gilligan's Planet and the animated Star Trek(I believe) did that. Also the Tom and Jerry/Great Grape Ape Show from the mid 70's by Hanna-Barbara did the same thing.

Besides Charlie's Angels(in showing the title at the end of the show's opening),Gilligan's Island did so also, because both shows wanted to let everyone know how Charlie's Angels came to be and then how the castaways got on the island.
