One place I worked had an IFB system that operated on channels between 64.5 and 67.5 MHz. Using the upper half of that range you could create your very own OIRT FM Band microstation.😳🤣 Can’t remember the model/manufacturer.

Documents on file at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) show state broadcaster KNPR (NPR Affiliate), State of Nevada Department of Education (NDE) officials, State of Nevada Attorney General's Office (NVAGO) officials and Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) officials do not support the "Las Vegas Public Radio" brand or KIOF as a noncommercial educational (NCE) broadcaster in the marketplace under the Telecommunications Act of 1934 in SEC. 393. [47 U.S.C. 393] CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXPENDITURES BY SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. (c) Of the sums appropriated pursuant to section 391 for any fiscal year, a substantial amount shall be available for the expansion and development of noncommercial radio broadcast station facilities.
Las Vegas Public Radio has been in transition to become a commercial broadcaster since December 2022 under it's Temporary Application for Provisional Commercial Use (TAPCU) project which will be made permanent under the Defund NPR Act of 2024 and Project 2025 here in Nevada to protect the federal tax payer subsidies (i.e. free rides that come at the expense of the lives of others) flowing to KNPR, KUNR and KCEP, existing CPB Radio Community Service Grantees (Radio CSG) here in Nevada through the state's scam/sham grant/sub-grant authorerterian and totaleterian power and control mechanisms to control other broadcasters like Las Vegas Public Radio and KIOF for years and choke the organization because it does not agree with it's editorial content.
Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) officials (still presently run by the former Republican National Committee Chair) were directly responsible for the wrongful death of Las Vegas Public Radio's Vice President, Mr. Andrew LaPorta (Honnorably Discharged U.S. Navy Veteran) on September 23, 2022, just 21 days after the Clark County, Nevada Administrator Robert Telles (Democrat Party) killed Review-Journal Investigative Reporter Jeff German on September 2, 2023 as investigations have shown. The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) is to be removed completely from receiving federal tax payer funds under Project 2025 beginning in January 2025.
What exactly will happen with KIOF now?

KGHD-LD 6 is owned by Obidas Porras in Victorville. Another family member there owns a LPFM in Victorville.
Mr Porras does not currently have control of his channel 6 station and the one trying to lease it out is Vince.
She must have control of his license as she is the licensee. In the public file there are no time brokerage agreements nor are there any Childrens's Television Programming reports.
