. KJLH-FM (Radio Free 102.3) Los Angeles appoints broadcast veteran Elston Butler as the new Market Manager of the Urban AC outlet owned by Stevie Wonder's Taxi. Butler previously spent four years with iHeartMedia Riverside where he served as VP/Sales and VP/Sponsorship & Events for the company's Southern California region. The move is a return to KJLH for Butler, who Local Sales Manager from 2010-2014. Karen Slade remains as VP/General Manager.
