Can someone summarize this from legal-ese to english?

This amateur would say that these opinions and orders affirm the original 2017 Summary Judgment which revoked the CPs and license of KNGS, KZPE, and KZPO, as well as dismissing all relevant appeals.

I wonder how long before KYAF and KZPO shut down?

Now wait a minute, KZPO and sisters stations has nothing to do with KYAF. If it involved KYAF, what about "KKDJ" 99.7 and soon to move to 102.3 on January 1, approved by the FCC, and also KFUN 92.5 and 104.5 Hanford ,Verne's stations.

KKDJ is a FM Translator owned b Gary Cocola. He leases it out to "Verne'.
KZOP and KYAF are part of the Zawilla mess.

"Verne" "owns" KYAF, hes the head of the non profit that owns it. The 4 bay is on a pole attached to a motel that takes up the block.. and last time i saw it, the cabling needs some work.. all loosey goosey and not well attached

That is part of the issue. The FCC has ruled that it was not a legit non profit.
The Judge ultimately removed Avenal and Central Valley from the proceeding, because they had failed to demonstrate that they were qualified to apply for their respective facilities.

I had to keep myself from laughing since im in the office right now

so many things wrong with the statement there... can you even "lease out" an lpfm? I mean.. that's what feeds the 102.3 translator

There is a translator in Massachusetts that's in hd, ansd it originates programming.. but its owner by a commercial station.

sopoo many things to go wrong here

Never mind the company whos supposedly leasing it has an address that's an executive suite office building.. you can rent by the hour or day or month

This is the guy behind BFA Media and the new programmer on KKDJ: https://zachmartinrocks.com/

Here's more on BFA MEdia…
https://leoneasset.com/bfa-media/
Tiki Barber is listed as one of the management team.. isn't he a sports talk radio dude?

too many posts on here are confusing lpfms with translators. This "KKDJ" is a translator fed not by an lpfm but supposedly fed by a Class A FM in Firebaugh. Though, in actuality, if anything the translator is feeding the Class A. The only lpfms involved are the two in Hanford that are controlled by the owner of the Class A that feeds the "KKDJ" translator. Oh but wait, that would not be legal.

It is legal for an lpfm to feed a translator

BFA stands for Big Fat American.

ew.

Ewww squared.

This sounds as like an episode of South Park where one of them buys a radio station and creates a huge boondoggle.
