KNGS-FM, KZPO-FM and KZPE-FM Licenses revoked

One wonders if these stations had no main studio, no EAS and no chief operator, what exactly was the technical plant? A couple of equipment racks in someone's garage?

Except for KZPO 103.3, that station has a long history, has or had a sales dept. with local advertising, all the others are Non-Commercial, I think, unless they are repeaters, never heard them ota.
