Only stations I know outside of NYC that air the Knicks and Rangers are Beasley's cluster over in NJ (this includes WCTC in New Brunswick). One would assume the Knicks would be able to get their games on radio in WNY (but the Rangers would likely have issues because most of WNY outside Buffalo tends to lean more towards the Sabres)
Also, a lot of people probably don't recall, but for many years, when Marv Albert did Knicks games, his call was only heard in NYC. Everyone else got Knicks games through an entirely separate radio network for unknown reasons, that used a variety of NYC announcers working alongside Joe Hassel. The separate network was abolished when the Knicks moved to WNEW in the mid/late 70s.
