Knoxville TV sale. (Gray-WVLT buying WBXX)

A bit off topic radiowise, but still broadcast related. It's been announced that Gray Television, owner of WVLT Ch 8 is buying WBXX CW20. This raises some interesting questions. First off, what happens to the morning & evening newscasts on CW20 that are produced by WATE Ch6? My assumption is those will end & maybe WVLT will launch additional newscasts on CW20? Anyone know? Also, what happens to WBXX's current sister station WKNX "The Knox". Gray can't buy it. Wonder if it'll stay with current owner Lockwood, or if one of the other owners in town (Media General, Tenga, or Raycom) will look to also form a market duopoly? I guess WATE's newscasts could move to WKNX possibly. Or there's the possibility, WKNX will be sold back to some religious broadcaster again I guess. Anyway, just wondering if anyone had any info on this deal & especially what's in store as far as local newscasts go.
