KNX off air or low power? (Went down east of SD)

Was listening to KNX a bit ago when the audio disappeared, but the carrier was still on. A couple minutes later, the signal dropped, replaced by a not-yet-ID'd weak music station fading in and out.

It's been like this for probably 15-20 minutes or so. The online stream is going as normal.
Anyone in SoCal getting DX in KNX's absence? (Thought about posting in DX & Reception but figured I may as well put it in the L.A. board.)
 
Checked again just now, KNX is back on--actually went down for a few seconds, seems to be in & out. Drops out, comes back at reduced signal, steps up & down, drops again, etc. Seems to be off ~20+ seconds as of now.
