This is correct according to the link I looked at 20.1 is going to get the Merit Affiliation from Dr. Phil.

It would be a funny idea if Dr. Phil does the old TV 20 id's. But then again that won't happen because it's a national network on Cable and Streaming if you are in areas where this network is not going to a local OTA.
