Kristen Gates on the Bull morning show

I see, so those who can't... simply critique those who can...?

Well go ahead and spout your puke about Kristen, who I have known in the industry for many years but believe me, she has paid her dues and worked her way up over the years.

A happy Broadcaster Since 1979 / Broadcast Engineer Since 1994 (Very real job as you call it)

Just sit me on my patio when I'm dead........Right now I'm having too much fun!

I give up is this Kristen herself or her husband? Thanks for allowing us to have an opinion, seems though if one doesn't agree with yours their wrong.
Paying ones dues has nothing to do with ones level of talent. heck look at George Bush! In my opinion (sorry) the show is a trainwreck. The timing is way off, there is no sense of chemistry and the topic selection is poor.
No I don't have my own AMD show but I've been in radio long enough to know a good AMD show when I hear one and the "T Party" isn't it. Time will tell whose opinion was right we' ll use tomorrows SP book as a baseline and see how it goes.
 
Can't listen to that BS on the Bull - those morning folks are just way too silly for me. Just like television, what a wasteland!

OK, first of all, I have been out of the loop with a transmitter issue and have not been able to check the board and secondly, this was not about the T Party, chemistry, topic selection, the SP book, or even Kristen's husband, or her cat or dog. (If she has either one...haha)

I was simply standing up for her personal talent as an on-air personality. You can take two great on-air personalities and put them together as a morning team and they may not sound good together if the chemistry is not there but that was not the topic at hand, it was Kristen's individual on-air should that was being put down. I do not think my opinion is the only one that counts but I simply wanted to throw my vote into the ring. If there are those who don't agree with me then so be it, it's not the first time and I'm quite sure it won't be the last. I really did not think it would turn into this drawn out debate, geeeez.

If you do say something nice about someone you are accused of being that person or someone related to them...sigh.

Best regards to all who had to trudge through these past few useless posts.......You will hear nothing further about it from me.

For all of you who received that nasty little tone mixed in with all of your ABC feeds today, get that new receiver installed!! The tone has been taken down on the Starguide receivers until the end of the week to buy you a little time. My stations were ready but I heard of many who were not so lucky....
