KSBJ Educational Foundation has agreed to acquire 26.5kW Oldies KSHN-FM, licensed to Liberty, TX and serving Beaumont-Port Arthur from Trinity River Valley Broadcasting for $1.3 million. KSBJ Educational Foundation is headed by Joe Paulo and has multiple broadcast interests in Texas. Trinity River Valley Broadcasting is headed by Bill Buchanan and has no other broadcast interests.

Trinity River Valley Broadcasting is named as the seller of KSHN-FM.
