I'm wondering if KSFV is using MPEG4 video, which some older tuners can't decode?
rabbitears.info now indicates MPEG-4 with green (4) icons beside each physical channel number. Here's an example using KFLA-8, which is 100% MPEG-4 except for 8-1:
Great! I live exactly in the middle of the overlapping portionOverlaid. Wow, this really does seem entirely wrong. Perhaps if the overlapping portion exclusively fell on mountainous terrain with no viewers, but in this case it's half over a large, ultra-dense suburban population.

KEDD is running ATSC 3.0. There is no FCC authorization for them to be in ATSC 3.0.Should not the primary channel be MPEG2?
