KSUB-AM, KNNZ-AM, KXFF-FM, KXBN-FM and KMXM-FM sold

PRESS RELEASE May 10, 2006 Cherry Creek Radio, LLC has completed its acquisition of the assets of radio stations KSUB-AM, KNNZ-AM, KXFF-FM, KXBN-FM and KMXM-FM as well as Low Power TV stations KDLQ-LPTV, KDLU-LPTV, KMBU-LPTV and KVBT-LPTV from MB Media Group, Inc. for $5.8 million. The cluster of Radio/LPTV stations in Southwestern Utah serves one of the fastest growing markets – St. George/Cedar City in the intermountain region. Cherry Creek Radio, headed by Joe Schwartz, entered into an LMA Agreement on the stations commencing October 1, 2005. Jody McCoy of Media Services Group’s Colorado Springs office and Greg Merrill represented the seller.
 
WOW :eek: that's old news!!That was reported on utahradioonline.com wayyyy back in FebruaryThey also bought KZZN in Cedar City but spun that off as a donation to public radio capital group.
