Cumulus Media’s Sportsradio 96.7 & 1310 The Ticket (KTCK-AM/FM) announced today the addition of several FOX Sports Radio (FSR) programs to its weeknight and weekend roster.

Effective immediately, The Ticket welcomes FSR’s The Jason Smith Show with Mike Harmon
(9 p.m. – 1 a.m. CT) and The Ben Maller Show (1 – 3 a.m. CT) to its Monday through Friday lineup. The station also adds various FSR weekend programs.

“I’m very pleased to add FOX Sports Radio to The Ticket’s weeknight, overnight and weekend programming line-up,” said Jeff Catlin, Program Director, Sportsradio 96.7 & 1310 The Ticket. “FOX Sports Radio’s entertaining and informative personality-driven programming aligns nicely with The Ticket brand, our local personalities and our rabid P1 listeners.”

Effective Immediately

Did any local personalities get let go from these timeslots?

no, just a change of sports radio syndicator of the national programming that airs in the overnights and weekend hours. they were a SB Nation Radio affiliate until this week. this is a press release announcing that FSR had returned to the market once more, they were previously heard on 1190 during it's 2001-2004 sports talk days, then it returned in the late 2000s when KRLD-FM 105.3 The Fan had FSR affiliation up until CBS Radio launched CBS Sports Radio.

No Ticket personnel have been let go, but a number of them have been put on week-long furloughs. The code name for this has been "Bora Bora."
