According to this filings Sorensen Media has shut down their OTA signals.
KTGM and KEQI were ABC and Fox affiliate respectively on the island of Guam.

Interesting. The TV listing services still show programming. I could not fine a web page for this station. The Pacific News Center, their news brand in cooperation with co-owned radio stations, does not have a working web page and their social media has not seen a post since 2023. Very curious.

Future of KTGM?

So....KTGM the ABC affiliate for Guam has possibly lost its affiliation to Lilly Broadcasting to put the station on a cable channel. even Sorensen no longer mentions channel 14 on their website and now only mentions KEQI and their radio stations. https://www.lillybroadcasting.com/story/49024577/l...

Guam News Now - FOX 6 and ABC 7 was the combined home for KTGM/KEQI-LD.

I guess CW KTKB-LD presumably is related since KTGM/KEQI-LD's site has a reference to "CW IN" and vice versa. CW IN – U.S. Virgin Islands | Puerto Rico | Guam
