That's not a standard daypart, so only a registered subscriber would be able to tabulate that schedule and that's a violation of the subscriber agreement.
However, a subscriber might be willing to tell us if the show over or under-performs the rest of the station... that is vague enough to avoid any attention and I think Nielsen is concerned about other things now.
Depends on how you want to look at that time slot. It's not really a fair comparison since KIRO has a 3 hour unhinged, fear-mongering, narcissistic, self-indulging rant...uh, I mean a single 3-hour show....and KUOW has 4 really different shows in the same time period: The Record (or Week In Review on Fridays), BBC Newshour, The Daily and Marketplace.
If you're looking at A25-54, KUOW edges out KIRO the past 3 months. 35-64 and anything with a + at the end of it, KIRO easily wins.
Honestly though, with those two stations dayparted ratings minutia doesn't matter all that much. 75% of KIRO's business is direct so you're rarely ever talking about ratings except for in a broad sense. KUOW is a completely different beast being a non-comm and most of their underwriting comes from local directs and foundations, although there have been more local agencies utilizing them the past 5 or so years. So in the grand scheme of it, this only matters to Dori for ego and bonus reasons and to those of us who geek out on radio and ratings.
