KYW-AM Philadelphia Inducts Three into Hall of Fame

https://news.****************/articles/n41128/KYW-Philadelphia-Inducts-Three-into-Hall-of-Fame

Steve Butler, Harry Donahue and Steve Nikazy are named in the Hall of Fame as KYW Radio legends.

A nominee here is Tony Romeo, former Harrisburg bureau chief.

Years back, he sounded like Alan Alda's 'Hawkeye Pierce' doing his wraps.
One could just see him, in a ten-gallon hat, a bathrobe, and waving a martini. Terrific listen.

(Not to be confused with the Tony Romeo who wrote Welcome Me Love, sung by the Brooklyn Bridge)

Butler, Donoahue and Nikazy are well, well deserved entree voices.
