KYW Newsradio 1060 (CBS) now "Santa Trax" all the time!

Now that CBS has turned WOGL into a "most-Christmas" station (excluding specialty programs on weekends), can I ask what the point was for them to create an Internet stream with its news station branding in the first place?

Since KYW is a radio station, is this stream being encoded for the PPM?
 
LOL, well erh... traffic is hoe hoe hoe on 95... People can tell that its not only on the 2's, but 2:02 AM. Now if only at the 3's the weather said 65, going up to 75 and sunny the next day... That would make the hoe in hoe hoe hoe very nice indeed.
