During the "glory years" of KFWB's top-40 format in the late 1950s and early 1960s, the station often had more than 40% of the listening audience, according to the Pulse and Hooper ratings. KFWB now has a meager 0.4% share. Do infomercials bring in that much revenue? How in the world does KFWB make enough money to stay on the air?
