Legalities holding up 'official' Carr-->WTKK announc?

No mention of Carr at all on WTKKs web site, and clearly that's because the legal dust hasn't settled. But is this a 'done deal' nonetheless?

I imagine selling whatever drek is on during the morning is hard enough.
