Legendary WNYW Fox 5 anchor John Roland passes away at 81

In 2008, John Roland became a "compensated spokesperson" for the law firm of Wilens & Baker. His serious countenance was ubiquitous on subway ads for some time. In 2012, Mr. Roland sued the law office for continuing to use his image in their ads beyond the expiration of their agreement.
