Lights On, No One's Home at KYWS-LPFM West Sacramento

Heard from 4:45 PM today for roughly an hour: A country-rock song played for about 10 seconds and suddenly fades, followed by about 20 seconds of silence, and then the song quickly fades back in for about another 10 seconds, until it fades out again, repeat. The signal itself appears to be fine. Sometimes there are bits and pieces of other songs fading in and out. I have no idea how long this has been going on, or if it's still going on. Sounds like some sort of automation failure. During my time listening, there were no announcements or legal ID, nothing but bits and pieces of (mostly) the same song fading in and out.

It's now more than four days later, and the above loop, software failure, or whatever's going on, is still going on. The station's website, Home | KYWS-LP 92.9FM | Know Your West Sacramento , lists a contact as Jim Brewer. Does anybody know him? I called the number given and left a message. From the barebones website, KYWS appears to be a one man operation, I hope he's OK.
