With Hurricane Rita about to (at this writing, 9:15 P.M. EDT September 22nd) head towards Southeastern Texas, below are links to live streaming video coverage of the storm from three Houston TV stations.

Bear in mind that there is no guarantee that these live streams will continue without interuption for the duration of the storm. Power failure or downed utility lines at some point during the storm could prevent one or more of these streams from being fed to the Internet.

It might be worthwhile to point out that "ABC News Now", available via broadband providers (SBC Yahoo!, AOL, etc.) and via digital cable and digital OTA multicast, has been carrying large blocks of coverage from KTRK; they do interrupt every half hour for a news brief, however.

The digital broadcast of ABC News now ended several months ago.<P ID="signature">______________
