Q100 plays these all the time

And I couldn't be more thankful. CHR is a current based format and should therefore continuously push new hot music. A lot of these songs listed aren't even from this decade. They are, and should be, forever retired from any kind of substantial rotation.

What CHR is playing these?

KC 101 in New Haven

And I think you could have guessed its a Clear Channel station because of the song "Sir Mix-a-lot - Baby Got Back"

Agreed. A lot of smaller-market stations are still very heavy on a lot of these songs, and quite frankly it just sounds bad. If you want to listen to them, load them up on your iPod, CHR should be currents.

KC101 plays those songs cause there's no Hot AC in New Haven CT - same with G105/Raleigh, WKZL/Greensboro, etc.

BChristi - The reason small market stations tend to play older songs is cause they're covering both the CHR and the Hot AC audience in one station - and usually, they end up near or at the top of their market

Small town stations, especially CHRs usually don't play by the rules of big city CHRs. Aside from what was stated above, those stations are also listener-based. It's easier to meet the wants and needs of the population in creating playlists for the stations. It's the same thing with rock and country: you'll hear a block of new stuff then some older tunes thrown in, going as far back as the 60s. My experience with small town ACs are that they sound a bit dated and are still heavy on Michael Bolton and Celine Dion like it's 1992 all over again.

As for the songs on the list, my reaction to those not getting much air play is "oh well." That's the life of CHR. Stay current, heavy spins and toss them off the list for new contenders. Maybe the local hot ACs have picked up some of those songs.

What CHR is playing these?

Sounds like a Clear Channel GenX playlist to me since some of them play early 2000's music.

Given that this decade is less than two years old, that might be limiting it somewhat. I would say, however, that a CHR shouldn't reach back more than about five years, and definitely no more than 10. And even when they do, it should be very light. Not more than once or twice per hour.

Here's a few more forgotten CHR songs:

"Imma Be" by Black Eyed Peas
"Greenlight" by John Legend & Andre 3000
"I Made It (Cash Money Heroes)" by Kevin Rudolf
"9 in the Afternoon" by Panic at the Disco
"Untouched" by the Veronicas
"Here In Your Arms" by Hellogoodbye

What the heck happened to these?

Just heard Breakfast At Tiffany's yesterday on a grocery store's music service.

If you miss those songs so much, buy them on iTunes. A CHR isn't going to go heavy on songs over two years old because their format is supposed to reflect the current trends in pop music. You might hear a handfull of those songs in a day. Not even hot AC is going to go heavy on those songs.
