Lite 99.9 and Channel 94.5 to swap Frequencies?

I don't, but if I am guessing correctly, they'll keep everyone in the dark and just do it one day, much like when Kiss Country went dark on 101.7 and Click launched at 101.5 seconds later.

If they plan on keeping both formats they will let folks know of the swap and give listeners a chance to find their new home.

It may be nice to have a CHR on a strong signal north of Cincy, but everything about this spells failure, especially for WLQT.
WLQT relies on their signal to keep it a real player in the ratings - it has excellent office/building penetration anywhere in the valley, even in northern Cincy. 94.5 isn't going to have that luxury, especially in many of the office buildings south and east of Dayton.

Neither station appear to stream (from what I can tell) so I can't tune in to see exactly what is being done on air.

As of 10:58 AM the online stream has changed. I have no idea about over-the-air.

I am listening to iheartradio on my phone. The Channel 99.9 logo is different. Lite still has the 999 Lite FM logo.

Scrolling banner says 99.9 Lite FM is now at 94.5 and 945litefm.com (not sure if it's from RDS or HD, the HD keeps going in and out of lock). Can't tell if they are simulcasting on 99.9 HD2 since I can't get it to lock.

The imaging on Channel is a lot better, but so far, everything sounds the same besides the imaging and frequency.

Classic ClearChannel...make it generic...it will probably be a CHR clone from other CC markets. Anyone know what's gonna happen to Kim Farris? Will she stay on 945 Lite...move to another CC Dayton station...or be shown the door? She's the biggest name personality in that building.

It is generic Clear Channel CHR. I just flipped on WLKT 104.5 The Cat in Lexington KY and they were playing the same song as Channel 99.9
