Speaking of which, are there any FOX/CW/MNT/independent stations that air/have aired Live with Kelly and Michael or its predecessor shows?

In Memphis, Regis and Kathie Lee aired for one season on then-UPN affiliate WLMT. For a long time it was on indie-turned-WB-turned-CW station WGN Chicago. And it still airs on KPLR (CW) St Louis and KDFW (FOX O&O) Dallas.
