Local channels in NYC for 24/7 since 1986-1994 only English

Folks, since 1986-1994, all English channels WCBS-TV 2, WNBC 4, WNYW 5, WABC 7, WWOR 9, WPIX-TV 11 and WNET 13 got 24/7 with no sign-off or sign-on at this moment.

And why WXTV and WNJU-TV in Spanish doesn't have 24/7 at this moment?

Hmm. They should be 24/7, right? They are either Univision or Telemundo, so they air a 24/7 lineup right? Or am I wrong? I think Ch. 13 still signs off occasionaly, sometimes Monday mornings.
