Wyoming Local radio in Wyoming (News Story)

Especially odd since the actual newspaper is based in Cheyenne!
Maybe that's where the newspaper could find station owners/operators who would talk. Cheyenne radio itself appears dominated by iHeart and Townsquare, plus some smaller Spanish-language operators. So it might have been difficult or impossible to get a comment from the typical corporate flack. Or the reporter wanted to focus on smaller communities. The struggles of small businesses often make a better, more relatable story than the problems of a big company.

They would've found a local owner pretty willing to talk in Laramie whos not one to shy away from publicity.
