Local TV Channels inserted on New York channels on ATT cable branford franchise

Tonight As I was Started watching 7pm syndicated show The Insider on new yorks WCBS 2 as I notice the cable tv campany is back at their sloppy ad inserting crap again,as they did in the late 1980's and early 90's.It"s very annoying when you trying to watch a program.As I studied back then the first time the cable pulled this crap.syndicated show dup rules on overlaping affiliate stations were a concern ,Inserting local WFSB cbs 3 Hartford CT on CH 2 now as I see. I dont care about the ad inserting as long the tv programing is not hacked up by crappy timing on the equipment setups.

As I found no responce on this thread I've posted awhile ago,so i have add a little footnote to add to it.Last night I sat down to start watching a hour holiday special on WCBS CH2 in NY at 7 PM.so a half hour passed,at 7:30pm the Ch2 Christmas tree lighting was gone and WFSB CH3 cut in with Entertainment Tonight at 7:30pm.
This is the only station thats pulling this annoying crap, If the syndex dupe rule applies to this, and the network programming is the same,change must carry laws and comcast should dump the New York channels.I does not make since to watch CH3 programming on CH2.
