LOOKING TO TRADE FOR AN AM MOD MONITOR WITH RF AMP

I have a bunch of broadcast stuff to offer in trade. If you have an old one that still works well, email me.

and let me know what you think!

Need a CQUAM Stereo generator and monitor amp, Steve??? ;) Whatcha got for trade?

BTW, just a comment...I hate reverb in audio chains (especially major reverb)..Cheap Channel has one in a FM in SE TX (92.5 KCOL) and it along with the trash can processing they use (someone needs to read Bob Orban's ideas of FM processing to them!) sounds like hashed dog meat (YUK)!! Its an FM that sounds worse than most AMs ever did....(one of my old Top40 AMs had a reverb inline..I would always turn it OFF on my air shift....never understood why it was there..)

In the pre - Volumax/Audimax days, a bit of reverb added to the stationality. The suave setup was a aet of Hammond springs. And, if I had a weak air staff, I might put just a bit on the mike chain, depending the format. But all the time? No. Sounds like what one of our old programmers used to succinctly call 'hammered dogs***'.

BINGO!!! Exactly the correct term I was looking for ;)

(Imagine an Optimod 8200 set to MAX on everything and the reverb set to max...you get the idea...sad that it is)

Well, when you use it, credit Phil Hall, who was ABC's vp of network programming last I saw him (and it's been several years).
