They are owned by separate companies.

Wouldn't matter anyway. WLUE 104.3 is owned by Way Media, Inc. and operated by someone else.

That same party could just as easily make a similar deal with Mainline for 105.1 and simulcast 105.1 with 104.3.

Not saying that will happen, just saying having different owners doesn't really rule out the possibility.

Good Lord. Can we not get past Thanksgiving before having to think about Christmas anymore? Now it seems we can't get past Halloween without retailers shoving Christmas in our faces. I guess Valentine Day merchandise will be on the shelves before the end of the year now.

Yeah, guess their FB admin didn't know ;)

We need Glenn Beck and Mancow back on the air. 1080 should pick at least Beck up. UGH Freakin Christmas music. Guess 105.1 is gone from my presets.

My guess is 1080 will put Beck back on since 1570 didn't get him back on with Laura.

I think you're out of luck with Mancow.

Does anyone else search for streams of their favorite program and listen to it online? I listen to Casey Kasem's American Top 40 most of the weekend.
 
You bet!! I listen to Casey (when I can). I also like Steve Goddard's "The 70's with Steve Goddard". I pick that up on WOGB out of Green Bay, WIS fro 4-7 pm EST.

I really like WOGB.... I fit their demo perfectly.

I love AT40 The 70's. I usually listen to it more than once over the weekend on the web. Here's a cool AT40 message board that I found a while back

105.1 turned off the Christmas music this afternoon at 3 for the Sprint Cup. I wonder if this is a contractual agreement they couldn't get out of or if this is a sign they will go all sports?
 
I doubt they will go all sports. The voice guy for the christmas music is the same one they had when they were rock.I bet they return to some type of music format
