Was thinking about this, a station could probably almost become a hot talk type of stations for the Urban format. Look what you got:

Tom Joyner mornings
Steve Harvey mornings
Doug Banks afternoons
Wendy Williams afternoons
Michael Baisden afternoons


Seems like a pretty decent line up to me.

Tom Joyner mornings-D ( need to retire )
Steve Harvey mornings-A ( Radio One PH/KK up , for lettin' him go )
Doug Banks afternoons-C
Wendy Williams afternoons-D ( Reason why Power 104 in CT tank to Rock )
Michael Baisden afternoons-C

Just my opinion, while some of the bits have gotten stale at times, I still prefer Tom Joyner to Steve Harvey. The show is more engaged in social issues and current news and not much on commercial radio is.
