In all fairness, I think SOME of the House Heads were/are listening, but not enough though. I don't think the problem was the music necessarily, but the way the show was promoted (if there was any). I personally tuned in because of various hits on this message board from those who talked about the show and how great it was.
Also, the music that JM3 played wasn't ALL House, it was a blend of pop, R&B and House Music, which I think he blended well. Correct me if I am wrong, part of Love FM's moniker is Classic Dance and Disco and House Music is a part of classic dance, especially in the Chicago market. It wouldn't make sense if JM3 didn't play it (House Music).
In terms of V103's mix show, it isn't a bad show, BUT the station has more of a following because of its history with the listeners AND promotion of the show. You also had at the time a big name hosting it, Big Daddy woo woo, Tornado (R.I.P.).
Let just see if Love FM has enough sense to promote this dance party more than then did JM3's.
