LV HD Radio-Good news for Oldies Fans

I just bought a HD Radio for $99 (Actually $124.99 but you get a $25.00 Mail in Rebate) at Radio Shack. This deal is only valid until Sunday 11/26 then the price will go back up to $200. Anyway I was suprised about the reception and the quality of the sound of this radio. Here is my reception report on the valley radio stations from Hunterdon County, NJ.

95.1-HD-1, HD-2 (Simulcast of 104.1 HD-2 Oldies Channel)
96.1-HD-1
99.9-No IBOC
100.7-HD-1
104.1-HD-1, HD-2 (Oldies from the 50's through the 70's)
107.5-HD-1, HD-2 (Alive Religious Format)

No Luck with AM yet!

I received all Philly HD-1, HD-2 Stations except the ones from CBS Radio (WOGL, WYSP). I had no luck yet with receiving HD Radio stations from NYC. For all you 1470 WKAP fans (me included) the oldies are back on HD-2 on B104 and ZZO. There is a great mix of oldies but without jingles, personalities, and commercials. Its just back to back music.

Gee, no jingles or announcers, just back to back music. Why would anyone run out to support IBOC when they'll hear what amounts to an inferior CD player! I'll play my old Dan Ingram WABC air-checks.
