Madonna doesn't need radio airplay to sell out Philly

I heard from Billboard.com that tickets for Madonna's summer tour are selling very quickly, including the July 12 date in Philly which has sold out. It's amazing that tickets would go very fast in this city considering that Philly radio basicly hasn't given major airtime to Madonna's singles since "Die Another Day," with the exceptions of her duet with Britney and WSTW (which is from Wilmington, DE) having "Hung Up" in their rotation.

I hope that the CHR stations here will take notice of this success and consider giving her next single some airplay, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
