Maine Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame

i understand that the MAB has selected Randi Kirshbaum for induction into the Maine Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame!
25 years on the job with 93.1 (Sunshine, Saga) and still sounding like she's havin' fun. kudos to Randi!!

she joins other active Portland-market members Mike Audet (at WPOR) & Dean Rogers (at WHOM), all helping to prove that stability in the business is something can be achieved.

You mean to tell me that none of those talented Nassau people are being voted into the Hall of Fame??? Perhaps they should start a Maine Hall of Shame and start with the big blonde, red head...whatever...that screwed up the traffic and everything else for Nassau New England...she and the Head Nut can go in together!

Good to see that Deano (Rogers) is up for induction! Not just a good broadcaster, but a GREAT human being. Randi certainly has been a force in Portland radio over the years. Having worked with both of these folks I can definitely see a case for both nominations. I've never had the honor of working with Mr. Audet, but I have great respect for his work.

Radiowatch, grow up. Whatever axe you have to grind with Nassau doesn't belong in this thread. Frankly, the witless drivel of you and your cronies has grown rather tiresome, even to those who have no experience with Nassau Broadcasting. Perhaps you should find a more productive hobby...or a job.

actually, Dean Rogers has been in the MAB Hall for 10 years (1996) - and is even a member of the Maine Baseball Hall of Fame!
