Man Arrested In Fayetteville Business Fire / Butler Broadcasting

There’s a real promo opportunity here, but sadly “The Flamethrower” is out of style as positioning and Glenn Beck already has “The Blaze”. ;D
 
I'm pretty sure if I remember correctly hearing that when KMCK's transmission facility went up in flames, it was either the KEG or Magic that put a "Firesale" package out on the streets the next day.....
 
I can't see Magic doing that, but the Keg certainly would have! Ironically, the studios that went up in flames were the former KKEG/KOLZ studios. Of course, when Cumulus got the Power Radio Group plus some of the Demaree stations, they kept the old Power studios on the square at the bottom of the former Hilton and sent their offal, including the Holly St. studios, to Embrescia and Butler. As I'm sure you know, Cumulus is now in the former Mt. Gulfstar while Clear Channel moved about 3/4 mile away.
 
I can't say that I am suprised. What does suprise me is that he was out of jail in the first place. He should have been locked up for a few years. Like 25!! maybe now the justice system will kepp him there a while so he can't harm anyone else.
