Marvin Zindler (KTRK-TV) has pancreatic cancer

Wow, that is really sad. Even though he's 86, you come to believe he'll be doing rat and roach stories until he's 100. I don't necessarily like his style, but I hope he pulls through.

Folks, I hate to give you the bad news but pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest forms of cancer. :'(

If you would like further details, search for pancreatic cancer on wikipedia.com. Unfortunately, it will give you the median length of survival after diagnosis. The news is grim! Marvin has lived a long life and given us YEARS of investigative reports.

Marvin, I wish you Godspeed! May you be one of the few who BEATS this nasty cancer!!

Marvins beat the "Big C" before in 94, he can do it again....But, maybe its time marvin finds an Heir Apperant to continue the legacy...

...speaking of KTRK, I had the opportunity to work with Dave Ward the other day, abeit to reset an account password. But, nevertheless, I worked with em ;)

Marvin did this week's "Rat & Roach" report on Friday from his hospital bed at M.D. Anderson. He looks and sounds well.
