Mary Jones Changing Time Slots on the Talk of Connecticut (WDRC 1360, etc)

Beginning Monday the local Mary Jones Show moves to a new expanded two hour time slot on The Talk of Connecticut (WDRC 1360). Mary Jones will be airing Weekdays 10AM-Noon in the timeslot currently occupied by the syndicated Laura Ingraham Show. WDRC's website does not show if Laura will move to a new time slot nor does it say what will air in Mary's old 2PM-3PM Time Slot.

According an exchange between Dan Lovallo and a caller the other day, Laura Ingrham is history.

The new GM, in a Hartford Courant Java article last week, criticized the "screaming and hollering" on daytime talk shows. He also complained that "Nothing is positive."

I think dumping Ingraham on the Buckley stations in 4 CT cities is an excellent move, especially after her shrillness the last few weeks over John McCain's primary wins.

Ingraham, Hannity and company don't care about democracy or the will of the people voting in the primaries. It's their way or the highway. There's no room for intelligent and diverse discourse on the issues.

Then stop watching The View! ;) It's not difficult, isn't it? ;D
