The Ninth Annual Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame Luncheon today at the Boston Marriott Quincy was outstanding.

Hosted by WBZ Radio's Jordan Rich the honorees for 2015 were: Philip Balboni, Founder of NECN; Amalia Barreda, retired WCVB reporter; Don Batting, retired WBZ Radio newsman; Joe Castiglione, Red Sox Radio Network Broadcaster; Dr. Timothy Johnson, network and local medical reporter; Sam Kopper,WBCN Program Director and founder of the WBCN digital streaming HD radio channel; Ed Perry, owner and. founder of WATD; Dick Summers, former WBZ Radio disc jockey and voice over professional and J.J. Wright, retired Big 68 WRKO and Kiss 108 disc jockey.
