HD Radio, US-style, is "in-band, on-channel" (or more correctly "in-band, adjacent-channel") - if WLYN were running it, the digital signal would be transmitted in the same medium-wave spectrum already occupied by your analog signal at and around 1360 kHz.

The Eureka-147 system being shut down in Canada, and still in use in Europe, is "out-of-band" - the digital transmissions take place in a completely separate chunk of spectrum from the analog signals (L-band in Canada, 220 MHz in Europe), using completely separate transmitters and antennas.
