McNabb on Sports Radio 950 on Wednesday morning

If a has-been quarterback talks on a failing radio station, and no one is around, does it make a sound?

yeah, i'd much rather listen to the delilah's stripper of the day being interviewed on 610 by a 55 year old man.

Howard invented talking to strippers on the radio, Robin ;D Hoo hoo

Since Matt Nahigian took over the PD reigns, that station is making nice improvements. I'm not saying they're going after WIP, I'm just saying they are better off then they were before.

Matt is a well respected name and has had some modest success in the industry.
If they let him bring in some major market sports radio talent he would have a chance to cut into the huge revenue and ratings of WIP.

"..some major market sports radio talent.."
I agree. Also they need to get rid of Foley in the AM. I don't care that he is a former NFL QB, he brings nothing to the show and stutters and mumbles too much. I really do try and listen, as I grew tired years ago of Cataldi (sp). I do like WIP’s varying supporting cast (Morganti, Jones, Williams, Douglas) but the shtick of the host is boring and old. I had (still have) hope for WPEN but with Foley they revert to the same things…how much he drinks, what he eats, and other high school kid type banter……blah blah blah……click!
