Me-TV To Debut on Channel 3.1 in NYC Market in Spring

I would not care if the mail server got posted..you can of course look at the headers and find that (cmon KM that was a poor choice...YOURS is 97.74.135.218 ;) ).I just find from personal exp. that the virtuals have caused more problems than they were supposed to fix..

Of course, it isn't difficult to find GoDaddy's servers.

I do know of a few cases where PSIP has been problematic. That's why the San Francisco market has a "channel 1", for example. But I think "caused more problems than they were supposed to fix" is a bit of an overreach. For example, here in L.A. it worked so well that my little Zenith converter box tracked all the physical channel changes on the analog sunset day without having to rescan. (That was actually a little disconcerting, as KCBS/2 had been on channel 60 and co-owned KCAL/9 was on channel 43; in order to get out of the "forbidden zone" above channel 51, CBS opted to put KCAL back on its analog channel and KCBS on KCAL's transition channel. I was watching KCBS and the box briefly switched to KCAL for a few seconds during the transition before landing back on KCBS.)

Perhaps you could share a few instances of the "caused problems" you refer to. Nothing clarifies a matter better than being able to look at a specific case or cases.
