Standard General’s MediaCo Holding Inc., owners of Hip Hop “Hot 97” WQHT and Adult R&B 107.5 WBLS New York as well as Fairway Outdoor has appointed Rahsan-Rahsan Lindsay as CEO and Bradford Tobin As President/COO effective July 1.

Lindsay joins MediaCo from Urban One, where he has spent the past nine years as Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales and Marketing overseeing TV One.
